Our Board

  • Raymond Garcia is the founder and Executive Director of The Philadelphia Project. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of a partner Church, Roxborough Church as well as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Delaware County Christian School. Married to Michelle, they have four children: Isaiah, Nathan, Cadence, and Thomas. Together they serve as the visionaries of TPP, working closely with the Board of Directors to prayerfully cast the direction and mission of The Philadelphia Project. His vision for The Philadelphia Project dates back to 1996 and has been shaped and molded by more than 100 individuals that God has aligned him with over the years.

  • Justin Perry has worked in the nonprofit and ministry space for over 15 years, serving alongside a wide range of ministries throughout Philadelphia. He is the founder and principal of Legacy Management Solutions, a healthcare operations and consulting firm that supports physician-led and community-based medical practices. He serves as a board member of The Philadelphia Project and as an elder at Spirit & Truth Fellowship Church. Justin lives in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife and their three boys.

  • Jonathan Purifoy is an international speaker and corporate coach passionate about leadership, growth, and personal development. He is the founder and managing partner of Black Barn Solutions, LLC, a firm devoted to helping small and mid-sized businesses develop and optimize sales and operations. Over the past 25 years, Jonathan has served on numerous nonprofit and for-profit boards, building growth strategies and sustainable fundraising campaigns. A father of four, Jonathan is deeply committed to faith, education, and community service.

  • Wanda brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with expertise in finance and education. She holds an MBA in Business Management from Cairn University and is passionate about advancing initiatives that create lasting Kingdom Impact. Born in Philadelphia, she resides in Drexel Hill with her husband and two younger children, while her two older children live independently. She is devoted to faith and missions and seeks to support organizations that further God’s work in their communities.
